All-Natural Grilled Portabella Mushrooms with Lemon Pesto Glaze Large Portobello Mushrooms Simply Boulder Lemon Pesto Remove the stem from the mushrooms. Poke holes in mushrooms with a fork or toothpicks. Place in plastic bag with enough Lemon Pesto sauce to coat the mushrooms and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove mushrooms from bag and discard marinade. Place on preheated grill for 5 minutes per side. As its cooking, brush additional lemon pesto on the mushrooms as a glaze. Healthy Steamed Broccoli with Coconut Peanut Broccoli florets Simply Boulder Truly Teriyaki Water Simply Boulder Coconut Peanut Pour the Simply Boulder Truly Teriyaki sauce and water in a large sauce pan. Use 1 part teriyaki and 2 parts water. This mixture should measure approximately 1/8th of an inch in the sauce pan. Add broccoli and mix well. Cover and heat on high for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and continue to steam for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the cover and place broccoli in a serving dish. Discard the leftover water/teriyaki mixture in the saucepan. Drizzle Simply Boulder Coconut Peanut over the broccoli and serve hot. |
