
- All of our sauces are sweetened with agave nectar. It's sweeter than cane sugar, therefore less can be used which lowers the calories. Our agave nectar is a 32 on the Glycemic Index, compared to 65 for cane sugar and won't cause blood sugar spikes like other sweeteners.
- We use only extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) for a delectable flavor profile with proven health benefits. Many sauces use canola, soy or a blend of less costly oils, however, we use pure olive oil to offer you the best quality, taste and nutrition possible!
