		<description>I too have become an avid label reader, not only due to hidden sugars, starches and corn syrup, but due to hidden hydrogenated oils. Our bodies cannot digest these bad artificial fats and they also cause hardening in our arteries....and low &amp; behold, they are also in margerine, most tortillas, different pastas, some cooking sauces, shortening and you got it...coffee creamers--liquid and powdered!
Read all the ingredients on the labels, because the front of the package may say &quot;Zero Transfats&quot;, but that is not necessarily true.</description>
