Healthy Gluten Free Side Dish: Lemon Pesto Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients:
Baby Carrots, approximately 10 ounces
Sugar Snap Peas, approximately 10 ounces

Simply Boulder Lemon Pesto, 2/3 cup

Directions:

Place vegetables in boiling water.  After boiling for approximately 10 minutes, drain water.  Pour the Simply Boulder Lemon Pesto in with the vegetables and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
