Vegetarian Asian Salad

6 cups salad greens*
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup snow peas
 2 tablespoons peanuts or toasted almonds
½ cup bean sprouts
Simply Boulder Coconut Peanut Sauce

 

Directions
Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl.  Serve on individual plates and drizzle Simply Boulder Coconut Peanut sauce on top. 

 

*Any variety of salad greens can be used.  Recommendations would be napa cabbage, green cabbage, romaine lettuce, baby spinach, or a combination of the above.
